Served as both the ServiceNow Platform Lead and the ITSM Practice Owner, mentoring a team that was responsible for designing and maturing the IT Service Management practice and delivering new capabilities that reduced costs and returned hours to the business.

Managed all technical and IT related business functions for several small agricultural businesses, implementing new processes and tools to better support employees and clients.

Elicited requirements supporting the enhancement of custom in-house web applications and led design sessions for the replacement of a web based remote oil well-site monitoring tool, allowing clients to monitor and make decisions on real time data.
